In June we follow the prophecies of Isaiah as he speaks of the fall of the Babylonians, who are holding Israel captive, and the resulting redemption of Israel. During July we will use the Gospel of John to see the creating, healing, and redeeming acts of our Lord Jesus. We will conclude this study in August in the book of Revelation, getting a vision of the new world God intends, a place of peace, love, and inclusion.
Our class uses the "Present Word" denominational curriculum, based on the Uniform series of Sunday School lessons. We are led by a rotating team who emphasize discussion and sharing.
