Caroline Johnston
Director of Campus and UKirk Ministries
Caroline is originally from Northern Virginia and has lived in Williamsburg since January 2022 with her husband, Shaun. She graduated from Christopher Newport University in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in communications and went on to earn a master’s degree in education in School Counseling and Guidance from American Public University in 2013. Most recently, she has worked in Williamsburg-James City/York Counties as a Therapeutic Mentoring Specialist for youth, a role she will continue part-time.
Raised in the Presbyterian Church, Caroline credits her grandmother, mother, and countless Sunday school teachers, VBS leaders, youth leaders, camps, and retreats for nurturing her faith. She is excited to serve at WPC and to walk alongside college-aged young adults in their own journeys of faith.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and exploring the Hampton Roads area.
